Under the watchful eye of Jean-André Charial, owner of L'Oustau de Baumanière, Thomas creates a menu in keeping with his personality, highlighting simple local produce.

Time stands still for a moment whilst you savour a drink. When it is time for an aperitif or a night cap, the Strato Bar has a warm and intimate atmosphere, in a cosy décor.
